Experience

Doha is an Associate at Samis+Reeves. She graduated with her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. During law school, Doha worked at the community legal clinic where she assisted clients with various litigation matters. She completed her articling in-house at a national insurance company.

Doha maintains a diverse practice defending various insurance law disputes, including accident benefits, bodily injury, subrogation, priority disputes, coverage issues, property claims, and occupiers’ liability claims. She advocated on behalf of her clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Doha is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and Canadian Defence Lawyers. Doha is a committee member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Canadian Defence Lawyers.
